Shipping Policy

Upon receipt of your order, you will be prompted to start the download immediately, or you will receive an email from us with instructions for completing the download. If you are prompted to start the download immediately, completion of the download means that your purchase has been delivered to you.
If you receive an email from us with instructions to complete the download, your receipt of the email means that we have delivered your purchase to you.
If you are unable to download your purchase or you do not receive an email from us with instructions for completing the download, you must contact us within 5 days of the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, your purchase will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
